I discovered the beauty and brilliance of yoga later in life than many. After raising a family, retiring from my career as a pediatric occupational therapist and moving through some challenging life events, I found yoga and my new life journey began.
My yoga practice led me to explore a variety of yoga offerings. My practice was enriched by participating in yoga retreats at home and abroad. My love and curiosity for learning inspired me to earn my Registered Yoga Teacher certification at Twist Yoga, followed by advanced studies with Seattle Kids Yoga and Radiant Child Yoga, and others which include:
I have lived in the PNW for over 20 years. I thoroughly enjoy what this beautiful spot in the world offers. When I’m not teaching or practicing yoga, you can find me hiking, biking, kayaking, practicing QiGong, spending precious time with the loves of my life – my two adult children, Jackson and Johanna, my lovely daughter-in-law Samantha and my granddaughter Adalyn, and relaxing with my old lady pup, Annie. Adventures in travel keep me grounded, curious and grateful for the beauty of this life. My favorite genres for reading are historical fiction and of course, yoga!
I believe that yoga in all of its forms is a bit magical and life transforming. And I would like to meet you wherever you are in your yoga journey and guide you on an amazing path to health and well-being.
With love,
Trudi
